BASKETBALL: 36ERS 2017/18 FIXTURE ANNOUNCED

The Adelaide 36ers will have the honour of launching the 2017/18 NBL season on the 5th of October, as they host rival Melbourne United at Titanium Security Arena, Findon.

Other highlights of the recently-released draw include a total of six Saturday night games in Adelaide, as well as the first ever Christmas Eve match.

The new roster is still taking shape, with a new Captain in Brendon Teys recently appointed, while Head Coach Joey Wright has re-signed for a huge five years.

The 36ers' incredibly promising 2016/17 campaign met an abrupt ending with a semi-finals exit at the hands of Illawarra, but the determination to build on that result in the upcoming season appears strong.
